Future is Feminist – Third Module

Women know how to manage their time and priorities, and in leadership positions they bring better results in organizations and institutions!

In the future, they will be more present at the table where decisions are made to improve the community, to build an inclusive and just society for everyone, and it is important to use their voice to make positive changes in the country. These are some of the messages of the third module of the #FutureIsFeminist Program, which took place this weekend in Ohrid.

In the module "Time and Priority Management," participants included management consultant and career development expert Ivana Dojcinovska-Stojanović, MP in the Macedonian Assembly Sanela Shkrijelj and director of SIGA Mila Carovska.

The "Future is Feminist" program, organized by the Friedrich Ebert Foundation, and in cooperation with the Sustainable Inclusive Growth Association SIGA, presents a series of trainings for young and inspiring girls and women who are ready to learn, lead and serve the democratic processes, as well as aim for career development in business or politics.

Through interactive lectures, participants gained knowledge on how to manage their time and priorities, define their personal mission, delegate tasks and make decisions, but also how to achieve team results through the power of planning.
