Education and Youth Policies

Education is one of the cornerstones of Friedrich-Ebert-Stiftung work in North Macedonia. Our activities focus on educational forums on public policies which offer the most suitable formal educational system while knowing that vocational programs bring numerous benefits for young people. Through reducing the labor market skills gap and fostering critical thinking, education brings a positive change in society and enhances the development of the country.

Young people’s social and political engagement is crucial for successful youth policies. Our work focuses on bringing together engaged stakeholders on the basis of equal participation while building platforms to elevate youth issues as an integral part of all areas of the Macedonian society.
