Future is feminist- 1st Module

Through the program, girls and women will learn how to progress, lead, and contribute to democratic processes, as well as how to pursue professional goals, whether in business or politics.

The goal of "Future is Feminist" is to identify and train young girls on how to strengthen their leadership skills to create positive societal changes. The first module, "Integrity and Human Resources Management," featured participants such as project coordinator Nita Starova from the Friedrich Ebert Foundation, Mila Carovska, the director of the Sustainable Inclusive Growth Association - SIGA, communication and media expert Edlira Johnny from Albania, and Nedа Maleska Sashmaroska, the executive director of the Center for Change Management.
