Housing Festival

The festival addressed issues related to housing and the needs of young people, civil participation in decision-making related to housing, and housing from the perspective of gender equality.

Introductory speeches were given by the Program coordinator at the Friedrich Ebert Foundation, Ivana Vuchkova, the President of the Organization for Housing and Tenants, Maja Staleska, and the President of the Social Democratic Youth of Macedonia, Marko Mihailoski.

During the first "Housing Festival: Safe, Dignified, and Accessible Housing for All," experts such as Gudmundur Hrafn Arngrimsson from the Union of Tenants in Iceland, Johan Peling from the Union of Tenants in Sweden, and Hans Eklund from the International Tenants' Association participated.

Additionally, the methodology and software calculator for regulating the real estate rental market were presented by consultant expert Alexandra Shumkoska.
